Shipping Policy
All products will be shipped within 7-12 business days based on the quantity ordered and the available inventory. Cards, books, and other materials will be shipped via US Postal Service, (USPS) United Parcel Service, (UPS) or FEDEX. Applicable sales tax will be applied.
Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing and shipping any orders unless other arrangements have been agreed to in advance. Federal Express and UPS deliver Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. If expedited shipping is requested, please email us [email protected] for additional shipping costs.
NOTE – Be aware that computer monitors can depict the color of the note cards differently. Consider ordering a sample card if you are concerned about the color or quality of the cards. There is a $2.00 shipping charge on sample cards.
Refunds/Returns
If for some reason you are not pleased with your item(s) you have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it or request a credit, if this applies to our online programs.
To be eligible for a return, you item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and include the receipt or invoice and why the item is being returned.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the returned item. At this time, we will notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. Credits will be based on your credit issuer’s policies.
NOTE: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
