Get ready for an exciting and educational keynote designed to equip 8-12 grade girls with the tools they need to excel in STEM and compete in the global market! Our session will be divided into three parts to provide a comprehensive learning experience.
We’ll kick things off by focusing on personal and professional development. Through a powerful video, we’ll address important health issues for young girls and discuss the importance of networking, mentoring, personal branding, and internships.
The historical component of our program will feature impersonators of influential women in STEM, starting with Emily Roebling, who contributed to the construction of the Brooklyn Bridge. We’ll select different women to impersonate based on their contributions to science, with a focus on local women from the communities we visit.
In our panel discussion, we’ll have engineers from Cleveland Cliffs and young welders from CID Associates sharing their experiences and insights. The engineers will change based on the historical women we select and geography, giving the girls a firsthand look at the diverse opportunities available to them in the manufacturing and steel industry.
Our goal is to raise awareness of the significant contributions women have made in history, help girls develop crucial professional skills, and expose them to the wide array of career opportunities in STEM.
Book us today an interactive and enlightening session that will inspire and empower the next generation of female STEM leaders!
